    Shipping & Delivery

    • How Will My Order Be Shipped and How Much Will I Be Charged?

      Most orders will ship out 1-3 working days(we do not ship on Sundays, or holidays).

      Your order will be shipped via Normal Postage unless you select Registered Postage.
      Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days.

      There will be an additional $2.24 applicable for Registered Postage.

      For overseas buyers, all orders will be shipped via Registered Postage only, charges are to be confirm again via e-mail.
    • What are the timing for meetups?

      For woodlands: Weekdays (except wednesday): approx 4.30 to 5pm
      For yiochukang: Weekdays only: to be arrange
      For tampines: Weekdays: approx 7pm.
      Weekends: noon only, to be arrange

    • What is the differences between Normal and Registered Postage?

      For normal postage
      - Parcel will be mailed to letterbox
      - Parcel will have no tracking and is not guarantee if there's any loss, damage in the process.

      For registered postage
      - Parcel will be mailed to doorstep
      (A notification letter will be issued if it's uncollected)
      - Parcel can be tracked and it's safer however, singpost will be liable if there's any loss, damage in the process of delivery.

    • Why has my order/item been cancelled?

      As stated in our website "All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all items are in stock and available, but occasionally items become out of stock or are otherwise unavailable.

      If your order or part of your order is unavailable when your order is picked, you will be emailed to inform you that we are unable to ship that item. No payment will be taken for this item. We will ship any remaining item(s) that you have ordered.

    • What if my item is defect?

      If item is defected, you have the choice to choose if you want an exchange or a full refund.
      We will absorb the charges for your return shipment.

      However, under these situations, items will not be able to exchange/refund.
      - Product which have been found to be worn/washed
      - Product which have been received over 1 week
      (Receiving day is to be deem as 3 working days after mailed out).
