- How Do I Place An Order?
1. From the product page, select the product that you would like to order.
2. Copy down the item name with the correct color that you want.
3. Fill in the form at the end of the page with all the details that is required.
4. Remember to type your email address correctly and also your choice of delivery mode.
5. Click ORDER! once you have finalised your order.
6. Wait for us to process your order and please make payment within 24hrs after receiving an invoice. (Please note that we are working on 1st payment in basis)
7. You will receive a final shipping details once payment is verified.
- Can I add/remove items from my order once it's submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. Before payment is made, we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packed,we are no longer able to modify your order.
- Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
You can cancel your order only before payment is made. We do not accept any cancellation after payment is done.
- What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
For Singapore shoppers, we accept payment via Paypal / POSB/DBS/UOB Bank transfer. Interbank transfer is also accepted. This has to be done within 24 hours upon invoice.
For ATM transferees, please remember to keep your receipt after you have transfered. POSB SAVINGS Account No. 024417719

For international shoppers, we accept Paypal. However, all transactional charges by paypal will be liable by you.
